The Greater Greensboro Music Census
MusicGreensboro was created directly in response to the 2024 Greensboro Music Census, which captured the voices of over 1,250 local musicians, venues, and industry professionals.
This community-led initiative gained a better understanding of the current needs of the Greensboro-area music community—marking the first time the music community had data from which to develop policy solutions and approaches.
The census revealed a passionate, talented community—facing real barriers to growth, collaboration, and sustainability.
